What products can you offer?
ZhengZhou Yeway Co.,Ltd. was established in 2015 and specializes in vacuum stainless steel vacuum flask and tumblers, Glass products, silicon and plastic items, and small appliances We operate 3 factories covering over 50000 square meters and employ more than 300 workers. Our main customers include renowned brands such as Starbucks,Costa,Disney, Lululemon, FENDI, Xiaomi, Walmart, Amazon,and Waterdrop etc.
Our daily production capacity includes 200000 vacuum flasks and plastic cups, 100000 plastic and silicone products, and 100000 small household appliances.

Can I make my own logo/brand product?
Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. Not only the style, artwork, and packing, but also the product Painting Process and accessories can be customized.

What custom services can you provide?
We can provide services such as product style customization, artwork printing, fabric design, accessories design, and other packaging design and shipping agencies.

If you don’t make the current style I want will you source it?
Yes, we will source this for you also you can supply it to us. The prerequisite is that you can meet our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and be satisfied with the results of our sample products.

Can you help me with the FDA registration?
Yes. After confirming the official order we will submit the registration for you and the fee is 300 USD.

Can I get some free samples?
Yes, we are pleased to offer you a free sample, but you need to pay for the freight cost.

What is the Guarantee for your products?
All of our products are covered by a 100% quality guarantee. All products will be 100% inspected before packaging, If you find the defective

What is the MOQ to be met forfree samples?
It depends on the product’s style . We support low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) starting at 100pcs, regular 500 pcs.We will provide shipping channel suggestions and budget to customers according to the demand.

Is the sample free? How many can I get?
Yes, We will charge a small fee for samples,but the fee of the samples will be refunded during the production of bulk orders . So the sample is free and we generally offer 1pcs for each item. You just only pay the shipping cost by PayPal,T/T, Credit Card,or Alibaba.

How long can I get the sample?
2-5 days will finish the sample, and 5-10days will arrive at your address.

Can you customize the samples style according to my design requirement?
Sure! We can customize it to your desired styles, color,painting process,straps and other accessories based on our mature supply system.

Can I get a sample with my own logo?
Yes!
